Before choosing MCAP, we had seen bad reviews online, as well one broker said he didn't deal with them specifically as they're "difficult to work with".
My experience has been the total opposite. I've contacted them a few times with questions over the first few years of my mortgage, never had to wait more than a few minutes to talk to a representative, all of whom have been extremely friendly and helpful. As well, all my requests were addressed and solutions were delivered in a timely manner.
Most of all - we have an awesome rate! Among the cheapest, we've heard of!
My agent was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and then provided detailed answers to ALL my questions. The renewal of my mortgage wss a breeze!
