Person did not know other competitors rates and I have to show what other banks offered and asked to lower my rate. Otherwise I was planning to move to another lender. I had to insist and treat them like I was leaving in order to give me the best rate.

The mortgage application process was very long and tedious. The customer service was very slow to react to my questions and I had to sacrifice a lot of my existing sources of credit to obtain this mortgage.
I think I'm satisfied with the rate and product offerings. I've never had any issues. I would recommend TD to others.

The bank was very easy to work with when we opened a mortgage with them. They were also exceptionally helpful when we ported our mortgage and when we purchased our second property.
A good specialist to help me - she was nice and made it simple and easy.
Customer service with TD is always friendly but not often knowledgeable. We frequently get put on hold when asking seemingly basic questions about changes to payment and rates.

it was a great experience from start to finish at first we were a bit scared but then all came out ok in the end so it was great
If you happen to get in touch with Navanjot, Mobile Mortgage Specialist at TD Canada Trust do not even think of starting to deal with this person. Failure is guaranteed!!! He is unprofessional, inconsistent, lazy, and unreliable. He makes false promises to clients and never keeps them. In the beginning, he comes across as knowledgeable, eager to help and provides you with attractive packages only to lure you into a trap that you regret later on. The worst ever service you can ever expect, which ended in complete failure!
