Customer service with TD is always friendly but not often knowledgeable. We frequently get put on hold when asking seemingly basic questions about changes to payment and rates.
I believe it was an average experience. The person I dealt with was competent but I never got the feeling that they were going above and beyond to discuss all my options or all the potential features or benefits of my mortgage. The rate wasn't the best on the market but I did not have the time or patience to shop around otherwise I know I could have done better with the rate.
It is a long and arduous process. It took forever to get answers. But once the initial application process everything went smoothly
The mortgage application process was very long and tedious. The customer service was very slow to react to my questions and I had to sacrifice a lot of my existing sources of credit to obtain this mortgage.
