Service was exceptional, rates very competitive. The CIBC rep was well-known to all parties (notaries etc) and they were thrilled to work with him. He's easy to contact, efficient, a delight to deal with as they all are!
Was a long time customer and familiar with their products and services. Also we are able to see the mortgage details with our on line banking.

The process was easy and questions answered clearly.There was some confusion initially once the mortgage went through but it was quickly cleared up.
