Service was exceptional, rates very competitive. The CIBC rep was well-known to all parties (notaries etc) and they were thrilled to work with him. He's easy to contact, efficient, a delight to deal with as they all are!
The personal customer service was outstanding - we were strangers in a new city and they welcomed us to the bank as old friends.
