The rates are great, the myrmg portal makes it easy to manage your mortgage details, extra payments etc. I recently moved and was able to port my mortgage and do a "blend and extend" for the extra amount required. I didn't have to pay any penalties when doing this.
Also, most banks will go behind them, if you ever wanted to get a HELOC in the future.
