We have had an easy application process with no problems and have on line access to our accounts. We were also given the lowest rate
The mortgage has been fine. But we had to extend our offer once because it wasn't ready in time. The financing clause expired and the day of the second expiry we didn't get the approval until 10 minutes before closing. Hairy for us the seller and the broker.
