Worst Bank ever!!

Good bank - it has been my bank since 35 years ago. Many locations have great hours. Good people.
Satisfied no problem and we will stay there! Don't have anything else to say. Only see the staff once a year for the home taxes.

I don’t even know how National Bank is allowed to operate in Canada. They are crooks by profession with the worst possible customer service agents whose favourite response is “ oh, we can’t help you with that”, managers that don’t follow up on issues, an ombudsman that does not bother to return calls, a credit card service that by far could be rated “ZERO”.
They will offer you the world for signing up and once they have you hooked, they will drop you like a hot potato giving you the run around of your life until you lose a few years of your life. And I don’t even want to talk about their app! Even my grocery store has a better app.
National Bank should be delisted and fined millions for the hoax they are.
