Are you interested in?
Refused to give a mortgage assumption even with stellar credit and steady income. Then said they would do a new mortgage, only offered %65 of what was needed. They are crooks! Not to mention wanted to raise rates like crazy!!! They will only give mortgages to high-risk clients to make money off of them! Avoid!!!
the whole experience was great from start to finsih as everyhthing i was expecting was good. i also think they did an excellent job getting what i wanted

Mortgage Broker recommended them and we have found them good to deal with. Have renewed our Mortgage at least 3 times with them
It was a very pleasant experience. Every step from the application picking the percentage rate to the signing of the papers.
Shouldn't have to pay renewal fees for mortgage. Should provide lower interest rates for loyal customers. Plan on staying with them

I have a mortgage broker who does everything for me. I just call her and she does all of the work. Also at the time Home Trust was the only company willing to give me a mortgage because of private complications..
We worked with a mortgage broker but their customer service was excellent and I am very happy with the mortgage terms they brought us.
Hometrust is the worst place to get a mortgage from, they will do anything to charge you as many fees as they can, they won't be upfront about it and their staff won't be able to explain what the fees are. They treat their clients terribly, they are insulting and condescending. I have several properties, one of which is with Hometrust for one year (and not a day longer if I can help it), and I have never been treated so poorly as I have with them. Avoid them at all costs, they will rip you off many times over! Never again.
