Careless and clueless staff

— Daily spending limit, which I wasn't aware of, brought me to the issue where I stuck in an auto shop.
— The operator failed to even understand the issue, hung up the phone on me; left me stuck in a tough spot without even trying to help me. Customer Service awful!!!
DO NOT recommend!!!
