This card has a very generous set of perks: decent rewards program and many travel insurance features. I like the fact that it comes with 25 day long travel medical coverage - enough for my longer trips abroad. A good card to recommend.
Called twice regarding a flight ticket change and two people I talked to gave me two different answers. The first time was ok but the person was definitely undertrained, like WAY UNDERTRAINED.
The second time, OMG, the person sounded like I owe her thousands of dollars. I was just trying to find out what happened and what could have possibly happened with my plan ticket by simply asking questions. My tone was calm and I was just trying to find ways to solve problems. Then I asked if it was still refundable (the first person told me yes) and she rudely said no, our agent would never say that (almost close to yelling). I'm like ARE YOU ACCUSING ME OF LYING? I'm even thinking of taping my calls now after this.
The customer service is such a joke with staff undertrained and rude. The card is good and you do collect points fast but with this experience, I'm thinking of canceling the card after just two months of use.
