1 out of 5 stars
If you have all day and nothing to do but pay for your vehicle to sit in a tow yard they get a 5-star review it has been 5 days since my accident and have not heard from anyone... seems everyone that works there is sorry and understands hmm funny as I keep getting the run around I to suggest paying the extra money for insurance and go with an insurance company that answers their calls or has someone reply they are not concerned about this matter and was transferred after being asked for my information for the *lost count* of times... get me in the proper department and let's deal with someone who can have this sorted in 10 minutes... I took care of the hard work... towing at my expense though it is supposed to be covered as stated in my policy...

It took over 2 weeks to submit our claim, and then we ended up having to tow the car to the shop ourselves. We had a rental car and the work took additional time, so we were left without a car. Then, our adjuster was let go, and so it took 4 months to get our $500 back. Now 1 year later and I receive an email stating that our policy was cancelled. After calling, I found out that they think one of our licenses expired. And the person on the phone said, “we should have sent you notification earlier”. Still haven’t heard back from the underwriting team, and now we have no insurance, and we are supposed to leave on a road trip…
