They only see what they want and charge to much. They are not on your side at all.

I have a good experience claiming in the past in one instance but in another instance I have had the worst, so I don't know what to tell. I find some of the adjusters very rude and have no customer experience at all. It's actually very embarrassing. They have no empathy for people.

Currently I have a claim in progress, I have not heard back from my adjuster despite numerous calls and messages left for him. Part of my claim had been declined and I was told that my full claim would be closed with no explanation. When I phoned for further information my phone call was never returned nor have I heard anything or received anything from then since; this happened in August with the car accident happening in May. Very poor customer service.
