Seem to be good to deal with but only on their timetable.
Easy claims process as long as car is being repaired.
it is considered to be common knowledge that SGI will try to low ball you on your claim and take their time, not easy to contact, not quick when returning phone calls about claims, this is not based on just my experiance but that of friends of family who have had to deal with them also

There were mistakes with my claim and the timing was a bit lengthy, HOWEVER, once we voiced our concerns, I found the staff to be incredibly genuine, kind and approachable. They sorted the concerns and completed the process with efficiency, respect and kindness. We were very impressed at how quickly they fixed things and grateful for their actions to make it right.
