Great experience with PC Insurance to switch auto and home insurance to Alberta. Thanks for making it so easy! Chris made it so simple to understand the insurance I was getting and what I was paying for.
Made the mistake of choosing this company for my daughters first insurance due to the price. We have been over charged due to an agent not updating the policy back in march. Since then I have talked to 3 agents and 1 supervisor all who end up ghosting and not dealing with the issue. Pembridge won't honor the original file date that I have emails for because she didn't do her job back in March and it finally got done in May. We will be cancelling and reviewing anywhere I can to help others.
