Whenever I have needed to redeem my points the process has been extremely easy. I simply call in
good rewards. Travel insurance was a big savings. Love the TD Expedia web site to redeem points and get rewards. Low annual fee and good value for money.
I use my TD Infinite Via to get travel points to cover the cost of hotels when I travel. It's a great card.

Application was not necessary as I was preapproved and process was simple. No negative experience and pleased with features of travel insurance
I find it confusing and frustrating when using ExpediaforTD when trying to book all inclusive vacation packages.
Easy application process as well as the rewards are what we appreciate the most. We have used them many times and always found redeeming the rewards was always easy.
