Worst customer service ever

This card is a scam, trip cancellation is never refunded, steals your money, and sells the cheapest trip on the airline but charges you an expensive one, not allow you to do any changes, has no refund, no solution and they are not selling insurance for your trip
It took me 3 days to talk to somebody (over 2 hours wait each day) as I couldn't resolve my situation online. I was informed that my request will be processed and somebody will call me. It took one week to get a callback. The call was made at my home phone number despite instructions to call my cell number. Of course, I missed the call and was forced to call back and wait another 2-3 hours. It is only by insisting on an immediate resolution that my problem got solved as I was advised again that somebody will call me back about it...
You must be retired with nothing to do to use this service.
Offering a 'service' with almost impossibility to resolve a situation such as changing a travelling day is not a 'service'.

What else will you get:
Do not purchase this card. The customer service is terrible. I have travel credits I want to redeem. The travel credits are for 2 trips cancelled during the pandemic as Canada recommended no non-essential travel. I have waited on the phone for 3 hours in the past. I'm trying to use my credits. Unfortunately, I can’t rebook my flights online or with the airlines. I should be able to rebook online. CIBC travel rewards don’t care about customers. They are living in the dark ages. They offer you a call back within 3 business days. The last time I asked to speak with a manager and no one bothered to call me back. I guess they assume customers have nothing else to do but sit on HOLD.
Have been back and forth with agents at the CIBC Rewards center. Been transferred from one agent to another and no one seems to know what to do. I booked a flight with Westjet and at the time the flight was confirmed. After a couple of days I receive an email from CIBC stating that part of my trip with Westjet cannot be confirmed and all the flight times has been changed. I called CIBC and informed them that the new flights and times will not work for me. Talked to 3 agents, but no luck. It's been 4 days now and still no resolution or call-back from CIBC. It's frustrating and CIBC management should look at what's going on at the rewards center as they do not look after their clients.

Never buy CIBC Visa, never answered, you can be hanging on phone for hours, listening terrible music, without any answer.
