I am still on hold while I type this. Have been on hold for one hour and fifty minutes. It said only ten people ahead of me at the start of the call and yet I am still here. What everyone is saying is accurate. Their fees are really high. I always pay in full but if I miss by even two days it's a massive amount in interest. We even tried auto deposit and they made it difficult to sort. I am basically on hold to cancel the card but cannot even do that! Absolute awful. I have tried to call many times. They need to fire their staff!
Unprofessionally management. My experience was with a balance transfer. Where they manipulated info and changed my interest rate from 1 percent to 23 percent without warning. The first month is okay but the second one skyrocketing. Shame for such a company.

My Nov 25, 2021 statement covered Oct 26 to Nov 25, 2021. It has a balance owing $7,629.64. Nov 25, 2021 statement has payment due date Dec 16, 2021. I made payments $5,512 from Dec 08 to Dec13, 2021. My Nov 25 statement has balance leftover $2,117.64 ($7,629.64 - $5,512). I got charged $224.46 interest on Dec 23, 2021, for Nov 25 statement balance. My annual interest rate on purchase is 20.97%. All my interest is for purchase only. I contacted customer service and talked to Supervisor. Supervisor informed system does all calculations. Not happy with the system calculation. Never taking PC master card again.
About two or three years ago missed two payments in a year. They increased interest which was fine. The problem is they do not reduce it even though things are back to normal. Just noticed the credit limit was decreased. Still use it occasionally. Was planning on getting rid of this card anyway. Will do just that. Just the oddest credit card experience.
Well, this financial company does not care about you just you spending money on that card and owing them for life. The interest rate keeps going up no way to disagree. The only way is to pay off the balance in full not everyone can do that. I signed a contract with 19.99% and now 39.95%!!! My other accounts have offered me lower and lower rates due to good standing. The one time I was out a job they refused to help me even though I got that insurance but nope. They charged me a hefty fee for not being able to pay and right to collections even though I said I just started a new job and will pay up the first payday. They ruined my credit for 5 years. Other companies said no problem took the extra bit on top of my minimums six months back and threw it on divided into two months of payments to keep me going ok. Be careful with these supermarket credit cards they all seem to just be a very clever scam or fraud if you will of consumers. And they will get away with it. The account is closed has not been used in 5 years. Putting $300 a month down on a $60 min payment. 2 months ago balance was at $2486.24 this month suddenly $3220.46 and all because that ridiculous interest rate kicked in. I glad I have the money today to actually pay this off and be done with them.

Putting high-interest rates aside (holy moly their interest rates need to chill). I just called customer support because I have noticed that $600 has left my account with no transactions or pending transactions. I simply asked (4 times) if there was maybe something they saw on their end that I didn't see because it just didn't make sense. The woman talked in circles for about 20 mins only to get frustrated with me asking the same question that wasn't being answered by saying "it is probably the hefty $500 bill you have". I always keep my cool with customer support because I've been in their shoes but to disregard my concerns and then address my problem (finally) with such an attitude really pissed me off. Don't get a card with them, this is not my first issue and it will not be my last.
Over a year ago, I got into financial difficulties when my personal world dissolved. (End of marriage and blindsided by all the debt as spouse left the country and I was left with it all.) I fell behind on my payments with my PC card. I caught up as soon as I was able and contacted the company for help. Rather than assist they chose to shut down my card (fair) and charge me an additional 8% interest per month. Now, I paid that additional 8% dutifully and ALWAYS paid more than the minimum owed. So COVID happens, and I can no longer pay their ridiculous interest. I called and spoke to 5 different supervisors, 3 of which say, "I can't offer you a settlement amount, but my manager can." And I waited 3 weeks for ANY manager to call me back. Come to be told, the ONLY way I can get out of this hell hole is to go through Debt consolidation. As asking for a settlement amount or a credit of 4% of the absolute ridiculous interest rate they tacked on, DURING A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, is too much (as it would wipe out 55% of my balance.) So congratulations PC Financial, you go down in my books as the worst company I've ever dealt with, your greed has taken you from any sort of humanity. Congrats on charging me an additional $2500 in interest on a $2700 balance in one year. Do NOT sign up for ANY of their services.
Not a good card company. Played havoc with my limit, bringing it up, then bringing it back down in two separate chunks in the midst of the COVID crisis. Even though the card was kept for a long time, utilization of other cards due to needing to suddenly build a WFH space justified their behaviour... Never mind that most places don't want to take cash which sat waiting to be deposited when it was safe for my compromised but to get to a bank. No help. No apologies. Oh, and they're raising their rates as soon as it's least needed. Not a great company to work with. Avoid this card.

Nov. $10000 limit. Dec. Locked card for security verification. Jan. Unlocked/Completed Jan. Lowered credit Limit and raised interest. I absolutely believe all the terrible reviews that this card is received on this site and others. I wish I would have read them before I signed up. Now there were many other problems with this company that I have just given you the basics. They are liars can't give you a straight answer and I believe there is something really fishy with this company. I feel uncomfortable with them even having my information but what's done is already done. I have four other cards that I've had for years and years and I have never seen or had the problems I do with this thing and those people. Don't get this card unless you are not going to carry a balance.

Do you know you pay high interest on this card? So I always try to pay it up within 7 days or so... the only reason I use this card when I do grocery and superstore happened to be the nearest. Anyways, I noticed they always close my app even when I punch in the correct password, so this got difficult from time to time to see the balance and pay it out because either they don't want you to pay it out or they keep adding interest as you don't see or can't log in. I am not sure if anyone else has the same issue? But It took me a while to figure this out, before I used to think I forgot the password until I started to track it. Now I know it happened a few times! And those Philippino ladies in customer service is the worst full of lies and misinformation.
