Presidents Choice Financial MASTERCARD Consumer Reviews

Been on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes now. PC Mastercard messed up my credit score real bad. I closed my card 2 years ago, I paid everything off. But now to my surprise when a credit check was done on me, it says I owe PC Mastercard money. Whoever processed the closing of my card was truly incompetent! Now I have to go and correct THEIR mistake just so I could clear up my Credit Score! And I can't even talk to anyone from PC Financial! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD PEOPLE.

I cancelled my President's Choice Mastercard because they took the credit balance on my card as an inactivity charge. On my last statement, I paid more than the balance and they withheld it as a charge. The agent made no attempt to resolve the problem by waiving these charges.

So pay attention to the President's Choice. I would never do business with this company again or buy their products. There is a lot of choices elsewhere.

J’ai annulé ma carte de crédit Master Card choix du président, car ils ont prélevé le solde au crédit de ma carte comme frais d’inactivité. Lors de mon dernier relevé, j’ai payé un montant supérieur au solde et ils l’ont retenu comme frais. La préposé n’a nullement tenté de régler le problème en annulant ces frais.

Faites donc attention au Choix du président. Je ne ferais plus jamais d' affaires avec cette compagnie ni ne vais plus acheter leurs produits. Il y a beaucoup de choix ailleurs.

I was their customer for over 8 years. I have a high credit score and when I tried to close my account with them they kept charging me interest even though my account was closed and I PAID in FULL and was told by the representative that I don’t owe them anything. They also didn’t update the credit union that I paid in full even though 2 months passed, and when I applied for a loan I had to pay with higher interest because of that!
Don’t use them! They work like a MAFIA

I Contacted PC Financial to close my account in January - 6 months later, they still haven't closed it. The grocery points aren't worth the effort of having to deal with their customer service people.
