Do you know you pay high interest on this card? So I always try to pay it up within 7 days or so... the only reason I use this card when I do grocery and superstore happened to be the nearest. Anyways, I noticed they always close my app even when I punch in the correct password, so this got difficult from time to time to see the balance and pay it out because either they don't want you to pay it out or they keep adding interest as you don't see or can't log in. I am not sure if anyone else has the same issue? But It took me a while to figure this out, before I used to think I forgot the password until I started to track it. Now I know it happened a few times! And those Philippino ladies in customer service is the worst full of lies and misinformation.
This company is a complete joke. They advertise to the entire world about their 100,000 points and then when it’s time to claim you go around the entire universe to get your points. They credit a measly 20k points in the beginning and the balance of 80k never comes to the account. An absolute disaster of a customer service where they ignore your issue and end the chat by not resolving anything. I repeatedly asked to talk to the manager and they never transfer the call. Disaster! STILL WAITING TO GET MY 80k points!!! UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!
