I had questions about points and received 5 different answers. Customer service did not attempt to provide any solution to my problem. After I asked several times if there was anyone else that may be able to help me they said that a supervisor would call at a predetermined time. I did not receive a call. The overall experience has been very unprofessional and disorganized. Would not recommend it to anyone.
I went through 4 customer service representatives to resolve the same account issue, and I still couldn’t get it resolved. The last time I called, I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the representative insisted on resolving the issue herself and again failed me. This PC Financial MasterCard is not worth the hassle of their customer service representatives. I strongly do not recommend this product!
