I had questions about points and received 5 different answers. Customer service did not attempt to provide any solution to my problem. After I asked several times if there was anyone else that may be able to help me they said that a supervisor would call at a predetermined time. I did not receive a call. The overall experience has been very unprofessional and disorganized. Would not recommend it to anyone.
