No definitive answers when asking questions, getting shuffled around on hold repeatedly.
Not to mention they were rude when I tried telling them how frustrated I was.
The points are great and rack up fast and make it hard to cancel this card.
If you need to speak to someone, be prepared to wait. I waited over an hour three times and had to hang up. Responses through the portal can take over a month IF they respond at all and they make so many errors in their response and you end up having to start again. I got through the line only once and the connection was poor, the person didn't understand and put me on hold for over an hour twice. I cannot understand how such a big retail name such as PC would put up with this - it puts their name in a very unflattering light. I guess they are too big to care.

The card has good perks for free low-end cards if you never have any questions. If you need to reach them, no one ever picks up the phone, you can do most of the things on the app or online but if you are stuck, you are screwed. If you get lucky & someone picks up the phone they will give you the dumbest answer possible.
PC Mastercard product is the worst product on the market, with poor customer support, extremely long wait times, and customer service representatives who aren't trained, don't know what they are talking about and their advice varies from one customer service agent to another. Really frustrating trying to get anything resolved. I am a customer for the last 5+ years and only recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with customer support since my card was involved in fraudulent activity.
