1.5 hour call wait times, customer service doesn't know what they're doing

I have had a PC Mastercard for 15+ years. When it works, it's great. If anything goes wrong, getting any kind of support from PC Financial will be a nightmare.
A while back, the tap feature on my card stopped working. I ordered a new one. I tried to activate it on the website, but the system wouldn't let me enter the activation code. I called the helpline, which put me on hold and scolded me repeatedly for not solving the problem using their useless website. I waited for maybe an hour and a half.
During this time, I actually walked to a store location and visited the PC Financial kiosk. The guy there told me that PC Financial deliberately made people wait for hours for telephone support, and would not help me anyway.
I hung up and called the next day, and after another hour and a half on hold, I finally reached someone. She told me that she would not do anything to help me, and in a rude and disapproving tone, told me to do it on the website. I told her that the online activation wasn't working. So she told me to call a different telephone support line. I called that one, which sent me into a series of useless online menus, but wouldn't put me through to anybody.
This is one of the worst experiences I got, That is why I want to share it, so people can be careful with their choices.
I noticed some unauthorized transaction on my account so I decided to contact the customer service, to find the solution for that, and after a long waiting time with the annoying music, someone answered my call and I explained everything to him and they tried to transfer me to another department but unfortunately lost the line, and I noticed that I have to call again and go through the same process, anyway I did that and the story repeats itself three times every time they transfer me a loser line and do another call and that story went for more than 4 hours.
Finally, someone transferred me and I spoke to another person which was the rudest person ever I've ever dealt with and they told me that this is not a fraud and they can do nothing about it and when I decided to speak to the supervisor after a long waiting of time they got back to me and they said he's busy and he will call you back.
A week later pass and no one contacts me... No email, no phone call, and nothing, so I decided to call to cancel every service I have with Presidents Choice Financial MASTERCARD, and I don't recommend that company to anyone.

The card is basically useless. Restricts many online purchases. Treats the customer like they are doing you a favor. Customer service is garbage, and wait times are ridiculous.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Applied for a credit card and was refused, with no reason given for refusal other than a list of generic and non-specific factors. Not very professional but I can accept that. The tone of the letter was what troubled me: it was needlessly dismissive and disrespectful. I got the feeling they were perturbed by having to deal with an applicant - so I won't be bothering them again on that account.
I waited for 11/2 hours for customer service and this lady having bad behaviour or say unacceptable way of talking telling me she knows everything because she said she's been working there a long time!!!! And in the end, hang up on me!!!! Just clarifying my bill's statements, how come they hire people like her.
I will cancel my card because it's frustrating dealing with this kind of service, not in my life again to get PC financial card and letting to know my friends and relatives how bad their service...

Incompetent staffs. Took forever to reach to a live agent. Staffs were rude and unable to identify or reactive my new card. Poor judgment skills
The customer services is bad and they make it hard to dispute a transaction. My calls to customer services often got disconnected and I would have to call back again to wait in line again.
I went over my limit and my card got suspended, so I paid everything off. I tried to close my account and they wouldn't let me because I still have optimum points. Now I call during COVID to ask why my card isn't working, and they tell me it is suspended without being able to give a reason why. Manager on the phone was really sketchy and their overall business is unprofessional

Putting high-interest rates aside (holy moly their interest rates need to chill). I just called customer support because I have noticed that $600 has left my account with no transactions or pending transactions. I simply asked (4 times) if there was maybe something they saw on their end that I didn't see because it just didn't make sense. The woman talked in circles for about 20 mins only to get frustrated with me asking the same question that wasn't being answered by saying "it is probably the hefty $500 bill you have". I always keep my cool with customer support because I've been in their shoes but to disregard my concerns and then address my problem (finally) with such an attitude really pissed me off. Don't get a card with them, this is not my first issue and it will not be my last.
