I write this while still on hold for 1:30 and counting. There is plenty of room on the card but my transactions stopped going through. I tried the support messaging system with no response. Then called the support line > waited 40 minutes > was told by an agent I needed to be redirected to security because they put a hold on the card. He said it would be 5 minutes > now 40 minutes later I haven't heard from anyone and seem to be in the original queue. The card made sense for us a bit during the pandemic, but it's not worth the headache and definitely a better option to go for a travel card now.
Their customer service is a joke. Expect to have your call be on hold for 40+ minutes only for some representative to come on and say something along the lines of “I’m not quite sure how to help you”

Incompetent staffs. Took forever to reach to a live agent. Staffs were rude and unable to identify or reactive my new card. Poor judgment skills

I waited two hours to get through to a customer service rep only to be switched to 6 different reps and still have no resolve to 2 issues. 2 weeks prior I called because I have all these different charges on my card from SPN SHOPATRON rep told me its a scam and cancelled my card. I called to find out what was going on with this issue to be told it's not fraud it's a dispute so I asked why my card was cancelled if it isn't fraud the answer I got from a so-called manager I don't know I'll have to look into it. I also inquired about a payment I made that was not credited to my account, I was told to call back the next day if it was still not credited and they would start an investigation. I called back the next day to be told they don't do the investigation it has to be done by my bank after spending another hour on the phone waiting to get through. I will be paying this card off in full and cancelling it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The customer service is really bad, every time when calling, it will take at least 45 mins waiting time to get hold of someone, then they will transfer you to another person for another 20-25 mins. I was with them for 15 years and recently found there is a fraudulent transaction. It was a restaurant purchase at a transportation company. Obviously, this transaction is not right but they kept asking me if I did any purchase there or used it for any online purchase. We were on the phone for about half an hour, and they said they could not do anything to help. I’m not suggesting people use this card, and if you do, make sure you check all your transactions. Well, if there are fraudulent ones, they are probably not going to help anyway. You are gonna stuck there paying just like me. I cancelled my card right away.
Everything you read on here and elsewhere about PC Financial is true. From routinely messing with your credit behind your back to the incredibly long wait times to speak with an indifferent CSR this is their SOP.
Expect a speedy response to be a 30 min hold. Anticipate an average wait time of at least an hour. 2-3 hours is not at all unheard of. I suggest if you are thinking of becoming a member you should give them a call and see for yourself how long you're willing to wait on hold.
It's been often called out on the internet as a "third rate bank" and "not worth the grocery points". Govern yourself and your credit score accordingly
I was supposed to get welcome bonus points in Sep of 2020, of 100,000 welcome points. I had to call customer service which takes approximately 45min to get some to talk to. So after 8 months, I was rewarded only half of it on April 30 of 2021!
So I called on May 4 2021 to see where is the rest of the points. So the representative says I have to wait for 4-8 weeks to get my points.
Worse customer service and worse credit card!
Won’t be using them from now on!

You must consistently have to call customer services to resolve issues that come-up from their end. Then you're stuck in a calling system that takes ages to route you to an agent. When you finally get the option, you are then put on hold for over 45 min.
Stay away!
I've had a PC MC for years to get extra PC points but it is so not worth it. There are always problems and you cannot get through to talk to someone. I have been on hold for over an hour (and it's not the first time) just to try and resolve something simple. It is a waste of time and definitely not worth the headache. I will be cancelling it immediately!!!! They should be ashamed.
