I have had this card for quite some time but in the last couple of years, the phone support has completely deteriorated! God for us you lose your card and need to speak to someone immediately or if there are suspicious activity on your card. It doesn’t matter what time of the day you call, first thing in the morning or midnight, there are always “extended wait times due to high call volume” who the hell is calling you at 2:00 am???!!! I’d give them -10 stars if that was an option! Worst than calling government agencies
This is the worst bank worst credit card ever. 4 days and I can’t get a hold of someone... Ridiculous... I wanna give zero 0 for ratings!

The system wouldn't allow me to activate the card forever online, blocking me out so many times due to the "UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT" from their error.
And the waiting time to fix this is ridiculous. I waited to talk to a general staff for 2 hours and then 2 more hours to a specialized agent.
Don't have this card!!!
I have been trying for the last couple of days to speak to someone about getting a new credit card as the card I currently have may have been compromised. Of course, the wait times to talk to someone on the phone is unbelieveably long to the point where you give up waiting. To go online, and you ask for a "live agent" the system spews out everything you do not want. What gives? Are you trying to lose customers? I ended up having to lock my account and decrease my credit limit as I do not want to risk someone using my card. This company does not seem to care about their customers because if they did their service would be a lot better. This company does not even deserve a rating of 1.
You need to wait 3 hours to get a chance to talk to a customer service representative. I have charged a $25 cash equivalent fee and I asked if it is possible to cancel it, but the answer is NO!

The wait times are horrible with over an hour plus every time They are too cheap to get more staff. Goodbye. I am getting another card and destroying this card.
I waited over an hour. I give up. I guess they are not making enough money to hire people to answer their phones...
The first two times I had called I had waited 45minutes each and when being transferred it hung up each time. The third time I called I was waiting for 2 hours and spoke with Mitch.
The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous and in the end, I wasn’t even helped with why I was calling. A waste of my whole morning.

Hire a new customer service team!!!
Having one part-time employee working 2 hours each day is not working out for you or your customers!!!
You'll wait over a month to have it replaced. The online app lost card report didn't go through. I've waited over a month for a replacement card! Phone wait times are unacceptably long. There are better card services out there.
