FRUSTRATING customer service. If you enjoy spending hours on hold and a website that doesn't work, by all means, get this card.
I haven't used the card because the first time they sent it, it didn't arrive. I sat on hold for an hour to be told "sit tight - it's probably going to arrive in the next day or two!".
Three weeks later, still hadn't arrived. I sat on hold for another hour to be told "we'll send you another card!"
The card finally arrived.
I try to activate it online, fill out everything, get the message "The system is unavailable. Try again in 10-15 minutes".
Tried the chat feature. It's a bot that cannot answer any but the most basic questions.
Very bad customer service they will never solve the problem as they will never take the call always on the waiting list for 3 to 4 hours and then you will give up if you have only one job to call them they may call them from morning to evening or to night maybe then they will pick up:-(

We opened an account just 3 weeks ago. In that time we have spent more than 6 hours on hold waiting to speak with a customer representative. Now today I was told we would need to call back once again.
Very much - strongly recommend not joining/working with this terrible company.

I have been trying to call them for over a week. 1 day I was on hold for 52 mins then transferred and placed on hold again for 40 mins and then hung upon. 🤦🏼♀️
I am currently at 45 mins on hold and I really just need to know why it's been over a month to receive my new card.
I am horrified by the customer service. They really need to fix this.
The phone wait times are insane and often result in a transferring of departments, and additional wait times. Sometimes receiving a notice that it's not even available.
When speaking with customer service the quality and knowledge is low, most likely what leads to a transfer.
Zero justification for their actions.
Example: notified them I would be travelling, my card was deactivated while travelling, unable to reach support to resolve the issue. Was told the issue was resolved, continued to be unable to use it.
Took about 4 days to get through to someone who could actually look into the card.
"Risk department" then proceeded to spend 30 mins going over my most recent transactions... none of which I could actually confirm due to not having access to my online account to view these transactions that took place in another country.
Complete waste of time and the service provider was completely incapable of understanding the level of frustration or to explain why the card was deactivated or apologizing for the inconvenience this caused.

Trying to get a call in because my replacement card was sent to the wrong address. I fixed this through the automated system but I wanted to ensure that I received my new card before my current one expired. WAITED FOR HOUR AND A HALF no answer on their lost/stolen card line. Had to give up because... you know I have a life to lead.
I've spent a month trying to get someone to get in touch with me unsuccessfully. Avoid this product. They used to be so much better but now their customer service is absolutely terrible. I never used to have an issue with their service but now it takes 2 hours to get through to someone on the phone and then that person doesn't have any authority to actually do anything and your issue will need to be "escalated" and will go on and on forever without being addressed. I've been a customer for 20 years but am jumping to another rewards program because of the poor customer service I have experienced.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you call their customer service you will be holding for hours, and I am not exaggerating. When you finally do get through you will be talking to someone in a 3rd world country that you not only can barely understand but are totally inept and have no idea what they are doing. Stay away from this company. You have been warned!

I always pay off my minimum due ON TIME and always get charged more interest than the minimum payment. ??? Does that make any sense? If the minimum due is $25 (for example), I end up getting charged interest of $30. SO BASICALLY MY BALANCE OWED IS NOT DECREASING, IT'S JUST PILING UP EVEN IF I HAD NOT USED MY CARD IN MONTHS. Bunch of greedy frauds. Even when I paid off my entire balance I got charged interest again which put me into balanced owed AGAIN. Wait time for customer service is at least 45 mins. CANCELLING AND NEVER RETURNING.

The card is basically useless. Restricts many online purchases. Treats the customer like they are doing you a favor. Customer service is garbage, and wait times are ridiculous.
