I am presently on hold. I have been on hold 4 times this week for over an hour each. They do not answer their phones regardless of time of day. They do not offer call backs. Their online help takes two days to respond and asks you to call in. I have never experienced customer service this poor in my life.
This company is a complete joke. They advertise to the entire world about their 100,000 points and then when it’s time to claim you go around the entire universe to get your points. They credit a measly 20k points in the beginning and the balance of 80k never comes to the account. An absolute disaster of a customer service where they ignore your issue and end the chat by not resolving anything. I repeatedly asked to talk to the manager and they never transfer the call. Disaster! STILL WAITING TO GET MY 80k points!!! UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!
Soon as this card expires I'm done!

So I set up a chat - no response.
