I’ve been waiting for my refund for four months now. I’ve been calling customer service and even the account specialist cannot do anything regarding my cheque what is going on? It’s been under investigation for how many months and there is no clear answer to my claim. Please enlighten me with this case.

I've been a customer for 20 years. Time elapsed (> 1 year) due to likely inaction by PC Financial and they first said the time to fight was expired. Then they said it was because I already agreed to a refund by the vendor. Before that, they said I could take a refund but still dispute the remaining $1000 or so.
Rare callbacks, try to bribe me with PC points worth only about $100 when the dispute is about $1000? I have been keeping small monthly balances on my account and they still treat me like I were owing them huge amounts of money. I have no arrears with them whatsoever. They also appear to have many call centers across the world there to simply answer phones and give false information/false hope/lies.
They admitted to contradictory information on the phone even with managers.
