My beacon 783 my credit limit was 14.000 most ever used was just over a thousand dollars on my card.
May 2021, I had my 60th birthday my limit for no reason kept getting lowered. I called numerous times even the superior couldn't answer as nothing else changed in my world or on any other CC. Even called Equifax they had no idea why.
Today November 12/2021 my limit of 1000.00 only change my age!!!! I wish I could sue them...
I cancelled my card bad corrupt company!
I am tired of jumping through hoops just to access my account. Access seems to change every week with additional hoops to jump through!!! All I want to do is check my Mastercard account to make sure I am up to date with payments and my bills. I have a user and password, that should be enough!!!

Credit card has expired and I have been trying to call to get a new one for 2 days. Hold times are ridiculously long and the phone keeps hanging up whenever I'm on the line for an hour or more. I have financial responsibilities associated with this card and it's very very irresponsible of a financial institution to not answer their customer's phone calls. It's OK PC Mastercard. I have applied for another card with another insurer. Upon approval, I will cancel my card with your institution. Good luck with your lack of customer appreciation.
Apparently, something happened with my card. What it was I don't know. No one will tell me anything. Been on hold on a phone for hours waiting to talk to someone to find out what happened. When I finally got a representative they couldn't tell me the reason why my card is not working, they are doing some sort of investigation? I was transferred to 3 different people, all of whom couldn't tell me any reasons for my card freeze. I can't even access my account online to see my card balance. It's been 7 days now! I have reoccurring bills attached to that card. This is completely irresponsible and unacceptable. I finally got told that they will mail me a new card. Great, still no explanation, and still can't see my credit card bill. I pay my credit card off in full and on time. These people are beyond negligent. This is criminal. Needless to say, I am now getting two new different credit cards. You can't rely on this card.
Applied for a credit card and was refused, with no reason given for refusal other than a list of generic and non-specific factors. Not very professional but I can accept that. The tone of the letter was what troubled me: it was needlessly dismissive and disrespectful. I got the feeling they were perturbed by having to deal with an applicant - so I won't be bothering them again on that account.

OMG... on hold for just under 2 hours and all of a sudden... I was kicked off hold... it sounded like someone was picking up... and I was no longer on hold and not connected to anyone!!! I don't even have a credit card with them... yet - it has never arrived which has me concerned... I've tried getting through 4 separate times and have sent an email a week ago and have not had any response....I don't even want to deal with this financial institution anymore!!! I would give zero stars if this rating system would have let me. :(
Worst company to have to phone. Wait time is unbelievable only to finally get a monotone dismissive representative. Was thinking of joining their new banking features! Never would rather pay banking fees and get service.
They have the worst customer service. I waited for 3 hours and yet no one picked. I hate PC Mastercard. Worst people!

I called them at 7:20 am and I waited at least 45 minutes and finally gave up in desperation!
I then called back at 4:30 pm and it then took 75 MINUTES ON HOLD before a live person finally came on the line. I then had to be transferred to a 2nd person due to a search back to 2020 and that was another 20 minutes on hold before the 2nd person finally answered.
Very unprofessional for PCF to keep their customers on hold for so long.
It seems like management could care less about long waits in the queue, and call abandonment.
Now customer service is open from 7 am to 11 pm whereas it used to be open 24/7.
Customer service has really gone downhill here at PCF. Seems like the bean counters in upper management are more focused on saving money rather than providing quick and efficient customer service.
The PC fraud department contacted me about suspicious activity. I returned their call and confirmed a significant charge for a new Apple phone was fraudulent. They assured me this would be taken care of and removed from my bill. After two months and 3 more calls to follow up - each call taking almost an hour on hold before reaching a representative - the charge has been applied to my new card and the card has charged interest for this fraudulent charge. PC customer service is unprofessional, unhelpful and incompetent. When my previous bank alerted me about suspicious activity many years ago, my account was immediately closed, a new card was issued and I never saw the fraudulent charges again. The PC Mastercard is the worst charge card I've ever had and the service is extremely unsatisfying and poorly handled. I would never recommend this card to anyone... ever.
