Horrible customer service and contact issues

I have had several issues with the PC Mastercard the latest is an address change.
I called in an address change (twice) when I moved but the bill still goes to the old address.
Tried to call a third time but no one answers the phone at all, if they do you have to wait for up to an hour
I will be canceling ASAP this card if I can manage to get ahold of anyone!

Trying to get replacement card

The card was compromised and I cancelled it on May 22/2022.
Called right away and froze my account. The card was replaced and mailed out on the 26th. Did it take them 4 days to cancel and replace the card?
It is now June 11th and still nothing. They say it is 8 - 10 business days, but it's been longer than that. They are blaming Canada Post but if they know this, why are they sending it through snail mail.
I called on Monday (6th) and they told me it's too early to cancel the replacement. I called on Friday and they sent me through to the specialist.
Long story short, no card, no customer service, and no manager to explain my experience and she did not seem to understand what I wanted.
Not sure who or where the call center is, but it is a huge waste of time and energy... AND STILL NO CARD OR RESOLUTION.

PC Master and Optimum Card

I signed up for a new PC Financial Mastercard and when I tried to link my Mastercard with a new PC Optimum card there was already a card linked to it automatically which did not belong to me or anyone I know. When I called customer care, they had no clear response to my issue and would hang up after putting the call on hold. I have already called them more than 7 times and it's been approximately 3 weeks and they haven't been able to solve this issue. I HATE the PC Optimum Customer Service.

Stay away! Stay far far away!

We have had PC Mastercards for more than a decade. We have always paid our balance off in full each and every month. We moved in July. I called to change the address on my card and advised the customer service representative that the address on my husband's card would also need to be changed. I was assured that it was. Fast forward 4 months...( during which time) we received no phone calls, no notifications, no emails, no statements sent in the mail; nothing for my husband's card. My card, yes and I continued to pay off the monthly balance in full each and every time. Last week, My husband attempted to use his card only to find out that it had not only been suspended... but sent to collections!!! One would think that a company that has a long time, responsible customers who have ALWAYS paid their bill on time would have, at the very least tried to contact us to find out what the issue was!?! Then, to add insult to injury, while trying to rectify the situation, I was on hold for over 48 mins, spoke to a representative who then put me on hold again (without asking) and now, as I type this, my time wait time is at 1 hour and 53 mins. (and still holding) My advice to anyone out there thinking of getting a PC Mastercard- DON"T! Use another credit card. These people do not deserve to be in business! Nor do they deserve your business. Disgusting!
PS. I tried to give NO stars for customer service but it would not allow me to submit without one star-note-customer service is really ZERO stars!

2 hours 17 min on hold. The supervisor never called me back, the manager never called back. I have been a customer since day one with all my purchases on this card, paid off every month and all I wanted was an address change. They insisted on up-to-date financial info from me and I asked why but all they could offer me was they didn’t have it and if I didn’t give it to them my account would be flagged and put on hold…. at any time. So I said my info is the same and don’t change my address. It was the worst customer care experience... There is no recourse. What if I was retired with a lower income?
I am shocked. What ever happened to customer loyalty.

Bad debt

I was using PC MasterCard and I forget to inform them of my new address. For $77 they foreword my file to the collections agency without contacting me over the phone or email. And the collection agency didn’t try to contact me either. They closed my card/ac and it’s now showing on my credit history.
