It's like they don't want you to be happy. Forget contacting them via email or website, they don't respond, so you have to call them. Explained to the first agent my problem, he transferred me, I waited another 15 minutes to get the worst agent. Maybe it's not his fault, it may be company policy. I could no longer log into my account and was told there was a flag on it, even though I had activated and used my card one. After the first time, I kept getting declined. The agent said they wanted me to send a copy of my driver's license and a utility bill in my name. NO! I have never had a CC give me this much trouble. Paid off the lousy card and closed my account. What a waste of time.

I have contacted the customer service department several times about not being able to access my account online. I was able to, in the beginning, however, after the change to their website I have not been able to. I called customer service they said - IT would review but never has been fixed. I always have to call to inquire on my balance, check payment dates, etc. My card is not delinquent and no reason this should not work! I am beyond angry at this point as spending a minimum of 7 mins to simply do a task that should be accessible online, seems very tedious

Mean, Unprofessional, unhelpful, bad customer service I have ever met. When I started with PC Financial they had a great Customer Service but now they are losing their Customer because they have bad Customer service and I am soon want to cancel with them and go with another and better financial

This company has pestered me to apply for their PC Financial MC. In an attempt to contact them for clarification of card features and application process when they sent me a pre-approval form, I was met with far more additional application hoops than originally indicated despite an impeccable record. I received multiple different answers from different customer service sources and honestly, there was so much lack of ability to follow up on my inquiries I requested no further communication from them. This was ignored and STILL, they repeatedly sent me junk mail. I have requested yet again to remove me from their contact. Absolutely a gong show. To anyone thinking of applying. Make sure you read ALL the fine print on this card as the rewards are far less than what it appears on their promo materials. Thankful I never got this card. Happy to continue on with my other products instead.

I got the PC MasterCard for the optimum points and I will be cancelling it. I had qualified for bonus points for spending a certain amount in Zehrs and paying with my credit card: 6 weeks ago I put a request in because I was not awarded the points and they told me they'd add them in 4-6 weeks. I emailed at 6 weeks later and they told me again, the points would be added in 4-6 weeks. Not sure how the points arrive in my account but it must be the sickest carrier pigeon in history. So, let's recap; I have to fight for my points and pay like 23% interest? My other credit cards are 11%! Bye-bye PC. You can take someone else's hard-earned money and buy yourself a faster pigeon.

Don't be fooled by going with their no-fee Mastercard, they will charge you with hidden fees that they will not reverse. Will be closing my card, I highly suggest going with Capital One who offer more benefits than just PC points, which are next to nonredeemable.

Very bad experience: every time you need to call them you need to stay on the line at least 50 min to get an answer. I don't suggest Presidents Choice Mastercard.

I have been a PC Mastercard holder for 20+years. Recently my family needed to travel overseas as a parent was sick & later died. This was unexpected & we used a Mastercard to cover the costs (NOT PC). Now PC have lowered our limit without any notification. This is disgraceful to do such a thing to a loyal customer who has never been over the limit, who has always paid off the balance & never had any charges. I call to ask why & they say: because our credit score is lower (remember we did not use PC to cover our travel). The card we did use has offered a credit increase!!! This is how PC treats loyal customers, We will NEVER be using PC Mastercard again, our balance (which was small) is paid off well before due date AGAIN but the credit card will be a dust collector from this day forward. I have read many complaints about PC, so it just shows what they think of us all. Oh, and the card we did use for our travel will be clear this month, so PC, good on you. We have better cards anyway & optimum points can be collected without you. You were only any good for no-frills & Loblaws anyway!!!

Please beware that they can jack up the interest rate to 25.99% if they want to. I was very happy with the 19.99% interest rate given to me until they decided to hike it to 25.99%. Very upset.

I did not request to close the account and I was in good standing as well. Paid my balance in full and all. Went to the grocery to use the card and the transaction didn't go through as it was "blocked". Apparently, they closed it without my notice. Too bad they lost a client. Good for my wallet, one useless card out to the shredder. Best to get the Westjet MC or Costco MC over this useless card.
