Customer service is worst than anyone on this planet. Call waiting time about 2-3 hours. Other banks' wait time is only a couple of minutes...
I'm just trying to cancel my deceased father's credit card and have spent a total of 7.5 hours on hold over the past 2 weeks to try to get a hold of a customer service representative. Absolutely insane and would never recommend it to anyone!
