While I am pleased overall with the credit card, it has proved almost impossible to contact Customer Service. While "your call is important to us" is OK for a short while, having to wait for hours and hours with no result is unacceptable, especially when other card providers are able to answer a call in a very short time.
When the website & your card works, it's a great card with lots of perks. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The website will tell you to call customer service & no one will answer your call.
Can never get through on the phone. Have tried 3 times and failed 3 times after waiting at least an hour each time...
