I am having a similar experience with RBC Travel Rewards in attempting to use or get back credits from cancelled travel. Has anyone found a complaint contact email or direct supervisor number? Who does RBC Travel Rewards report to? What is their corporate structure - Board, CEO, etc. They have over $10K of our family travel credit and it is criminal that we cannot access it and spend 10's of hours on calls and make zero progress, just a series of promises and no follow-up.
Booked a flight with RBC before Covid... The flight was cancelled during the peak of COVID... I have not had my 35,000 points or $311.76 returned to my credit card. I have wasted hours upon hours trying to speak to someone in Customer Service to no avail. This company should be ashamed!!!!

What else will you get:
Not worth the points or insurance on travel. Had a trip cancel, scam is they give you dollars not points so you have to call in to book. Can't do it online. Literally, 6 hours on hold tonight with an intentionally annoying mix of raising and lowering music follows by a loud voice message every few minutes. No way to email or leave your number so you wait on hold, ties to your phone being tortured in hopes you will give so you give up on redeeming, seriously. Don't use this product or RBC. Worse than all others.

We booked our trip to the Dominican in October 2021 using over 400,000 RBC Travel points.
On January 11, 2022, RBC Travel cancelled our trip because of the "ongoing pandemic" even though we know quite a few people who were travelling and their trips were not cancelled.
Today is March 30, 2022, and I'm still calling, emailing, etc. etc. trying to get mine over 400,000 points put back on our credit cards. No one can give us an answer as to why our points are not being put back on our card; no one will give me the name and phone number of someone who is in charge or who can get this issue resolved
And it is very frustrating! Not to mention the hours on hold on the phone!
