On hold for over 30 minutes

and not even an indication as to when they will pick up. After twenty minutes on hold I went to their website for live chat...there I was given an estimated time of 35 minutes. Incredibly bad service.

Why would a great company like Costco partner with such a terrible company.

Very Poor Customer Service

The only reason I got this card was to shop at Costco.
They have switched their online banking service which they originally said would be done by September 18th but then without any notification now say it is September 25th.
Today when I tried to re- register for online banking , it asked me for my information and then said the information was invalid which was false. I had to phone the company wait on hold for at least 20 minutes to be told they had moved their change date to September 25th. Why the heck did it not say that when I tried to re-register? !!!! Where is the communication and consideration for their customers. It is lacking.
