Avoid Capital One at all COST!

1. Wait time for the customer service is MINIMUM 90 minutes - no matter what time you call

2. The new system locked me out form online account - NO ONE is able to help for 3 days in a row

3. I have lost about 5 hours now and still cant login to my account

4. Good bye Capital One - you had a chance ONCE.

Crappy Customer Service

After an upgrade on September 18th, I 'm missing 7k from my account. I have tried to call multiple times to resolve this but every time I was unable to reach out.
On my 3rd attempt, I managed to get through after 1h 15 min waiting on the phone. Representative (too bad I didn't catch the name, just seemly hang up).
I had a better opinion about Capital One, but after this will definitely consider switching to another bank.

service line and Chat option

over 75 minutes on hold no one answer and auto hand up, over 25 tries not agent to pick the chat on log in account option. how's the best credit card and customer service, I like the American Express credit card service better than this cheap card service . never recommend to any one I knew!

Hanging up was a good thing

Talked to someone after 2 call attempts first was 2 hours then I hung up. Called again today said wait time was around 10 minutes but 2 hours and 22 minutes waiting to talk to someone by the time all said and done 2 hour and 49 minutes. Still have to wait 24 hours to reset now

Useless NO service

I got this card just for the convenience to shop Costco and get a few points back when buying fuel. Never had a problem till the recent update. My online account most recent statement is 3 months old. Cannot reach customer service via phone, chat or even the facebook message. While at work, I try the phone call and have it playing in the background for hours. Nobody ever picks up. If this is a scam and someone stole your card, I don't think you can even call in to deal with it. I don't even know how to cancel the card, since can't find anyone to talk to. Never had a credit card before that had such poor customer service.

Update locked me out

Was locked out of my account after the latest update off line weekend in Sept 17, can't get through to them on customer service line. Tried for 3 days each time the voice says there is a 10 minute wait, no offer of call back. After 40 minutes each time I hung up, tried the ask a question option but that won't send ... really crappy service

I received a replacement credit card with a phone number to activate the card. When I called to activate on the phone the system doesn't recognize my credit card number, and connects to a Customer Service Agent. Every time the wait time is above 45 minutes and subsequently get disconnected. I wasted about three hours and couldn't reach a customer service agent.

Terrible service

Terrible wait times just to activate a new card. The only message that gives me is that their time is more important than mine. Just hung up after two nights in a row to try to activate a new card. System was down last night, no idea what the issue is tonight as I hung up after a 30 minute wait time. With the high interest they charge, they should be able to hire staff.

On hold for over 30 minutes

and not even an indication as to when they will pick up. After twenty minutes on hold I went to their website for live chat...there I was given an estimated time of 35 minutes. Incredibly bad service.

Why would a great company like Costco partner with such a terrible company.
