The process was very good as we had another TD card and an officer called and encourage us to switch to the TD Emerald Visa as the interest rate was lower.
I have nothing to say about this credit card. They aren't fantastic but they aren't awful. The customer service is what I have expected. They are helpful and very polite.
After getting the run around, put on hold forever on the two previous phone calls to Visa dealing with a fraudulent purchase on my card, I FINALLY had a very friendly, patient and knowledgeable agent to take my call.
This is a well deserved shout out to the Visa corporate executives —- Hire more people like that!!!!
