we started off with a higher interest rate but a few years ago after discussing with our bank
I was offered the visa over the phone since the interest on my other card was so high. Really helps out when the interest rate is so low.

i've had few issues and hwne i did a quck call to TD got my issues fixed and the customer service is very good and pleasant. i get good cashback too
I really enjoy the lower interest rate on the card in lieu of actual rewards. Wish there was no annual fee though.
