They can’t send a replacement card outside of Canada. How lame as they are a MasterCard that considered a worldwide product. They said it is for security issues and they have a special agreement with Canada Post. Don’t deal with them as they obviously don’t care about their end customer on helping them out during being stuck in a foreign country while in Covid19 times.
I used this card for an annual subscription for a service. When it was up for renewal, they informed me that my credit card was declined. I had to beg the company to not allow me to lose the existing customer benefits because Rogers blocked the card and didn't notify me. When I contacted Rogers customer service, they told me it is because they couldn't send me the statement in the mail. They had the right address and I get all my other bills and bank statements so I don't know why Rogers has trouble and couldn't call to verify this. I have an online account so it is strange that they didn't email or call me to tell me they were blocking my card. Terrible product and service.

So far my experiences of anything Rogers is greedy misrepresentation and terrible customer service. Took the card as offered free screen protector ($40 value) when getting a new cell (owned by Rogers) contract. I was tempted by the 3% cash back on foreign purchases- now I thought the visa exchange rate was standard but the exchange rate Rogers used to convert to CAD from USD was far far worse than the 3% gain of the cashback - so again I've been done over by another Rogers product- the worst of corporate. Awkward to redeem cashback terrible customer services.
Awful customer representative didn't do their jobs right and made mistakes but blamed on the customer. Bad manner, not professional, inappropriate and offensive languages. A total nightmare. STAY AWAY!
Just received a card... in the same week was advised by Rogers that the 4% rebate will on June 2 no longer apply to transactions in non USD amounts.. ie Euros, Pounds, Peso, Swiss Francs... so much for the WORLD part of the World Elite credit card... also cashback is decreased... and you need to spend more than 15,000 per year... All that work to set up so that I can cancel it a week later... Save your time messing around with this bank...

This has been the worst banking experience of my life. I had thousands of $ of fraudulent US transactions posted to my account. I spent hours on the phone trying to get them to back these charges off, and a month later it's still not resolved and I haven't heard back from anyone. DO NOT GET A ROGERS MASTERCARD.
I was refused a credit card even though I had never in my whole life had a problem with my credit score. I have 2 other major credit cards and I am mortgage-free. This is a total joke of a bank. Reading the reviews Actually, I am glad I was not approved.
I have had more problems with this credit card than all my other credit cards. I don't mind that they charge one of the highest interest rates but when you try and call to talk to them there's nothing that they know or that they can even make up on the phone. This is probably the worst card that I've ever held.

Got the card just before a trip. Used it once or twice in Canada before traveling. Then get to Europe use it in a taxi no problem. Tried at the hotel declined. Called them and they said it was under review due to possible fraud activity. I said OK is it this charge at the hotel? it was me. "Sorry but it is under review". But who? "Fraud department". Can I talk to them? "No". Why not? "They don't do that" So then of course how are they going to review something without asking the person. I called back a couple of weeks later and it was still under review. Then finally a month later someone calls me and ask me if I tried to use the card at this hotel. I said yes so now it is not under review. One MONTH to ask one question to clear it all up!. But don't worry they apologized every time. The another card I used on the same trip sent me a text after a charge they were concerned about. They asked me about it. I replied that it was me. Thet replied all is good. 3 minutes. How freaking dumb is Rogers. I pretty much wanted to cancel my internet with them because of this. Maybe I still willl.
They issued me this card and then after a while, they stopped my online access. In-store employees can’t help with this and contacting them via phone doesn’t work easily. Although I paid them in advance and my balance was in plus but they blocked my card after two-three months themselves saying that they couldn’t verify or something lame reason. This might have impacted my credit score. Stay away from these cheaters.
