If I could give 0 I would

This is so bad. Dealing with Rogers overall is the worst experience I've ever had. I called cause there was some fraud on my account. They tell me they can't do anything???? My credit score dropped because someone used this card without me knowing. I've never used this card, I never even activated it. I only took it cause it was giving me a discount on my cellphone. Now I'm screwed and I spent 3 hours on the phone with them. Result: NOTHING and they hang up on me!!!! I am so mad, this is the worst and should be reported to the authorities.

I wish I never got this card

This has been the worst banking experience of my life. I had thousands of $ of fraudulent US transactions posted to my account. I spent hours on the phone trying to get them to back these charges off, and a month later it's still not resolved and I haven't heard back from anyone. DO NOT GET A ROGERS MASTERCARD.

Dumbest Review Process Ever

Got the card just before a trip. Used it once or twice in Canada before traveling. Then get to Europe use it in a taxi no problem. Tried at the hotel declined. Called them and they said it was under review due to possible fraud activity. I said OK is it this charge at the hotel? it was me. "Sorry but it is under review". But who? "Fraud department". Can I talk to them? "No". Why not? "They don't do that" So then of course how are they going to review something without asking the person. I called back a couple of weeks later and it was still under review. Then finally a month later someone calls me and ask me if I tried to use the card at this hotel. I said yes so now it is not under review. One MONTH to ask one question to clear it all up!. But don't worry they apologized every time. The another card I used on the same trip sent me a text after a charge they were concerned about. They asked me about it. I replied that it was me. Thet replied all is good. 3 minutes. How freaking dumb is Rogers. I pretty much wanted to cancel my internet with them because of this. Maybe I still willl.

Fraudulent Charges

I had fraudulent charges on my credit card from Uber Eats in the Netherlands (I am in Canada). Furthermore, this credit card was never even added to my personal Uber Eats account, so it was clear to me that someone stole my credit card for their own account. They would not refund these fraudulent charges and so far I have spoken to ten different representatives who have yet to resolve the issue.

Don't ever use this card

In typically lousy Rogers service standards, those of you who have ever dealt with a cellphone or TV account know what I mean. They don't help customers in dispute situations unlike every other card I use. Basically a Mexican merchant put through pesos as US dollars. Of course I missed that when entering my pin and surprise when my statement showed the correct amount just 3000 usd not pesos. Of course no logical person would expect someone to have paid 3000 usd to play one round of golf. Yet the incredibly unhelpful customer service person said it's my problem since I put my pin in. Fortunately the merchant appears willing to fix it but how scary is it that they won't even call the merchant to help or flag a odd charge amount. Considering this card is for traveling it shouldn't be so unhelpful in such a simple occurrence. The second I get this money back, I am closing this account forever it is simply no where near the protection or help I get with other cards like TD infinite or Amex. Don't take this risk with this terrible company and card no matter the points available. Imagine if someone stole your pin and charged up thousands these guys wouldn't lift a finger to help you. Not worth it!
