Best avoided unless you use tangerine as your current account

Their phone service is the WORST in the entire world. I called them on August 28, 2022, about an unauthorized charge to my account for $246.75. I spent 45 minutes explaining to three different people this charge and they decided to cancel my card and replace it and would credit my account shortly thereafter. I was told to pay the full balance of the account and they would put the credit on my next statement.
Today Sept 23, 2022, I called as this credit was not on my new statement and spent 2.45 hours on the phone and speaking to 4 different people none of which could solve this problem with the last one who transfers me to their security department which never answers their phone after 23 minutes at which point I gave up.
Thus my problem is not solved and I shall most likely never use this credit card again.
Also, I am sure anyone else using their phone service will agree that it is a monstrosity.

It is very difficult to pay this credit card unless you have tangerine as your current account. My experience is that I had to transfer funds from my hsbc current account to a tangerine saving account and then pay my credit card from the saving account. Tangerine would randomly place transfers on hold.
Their customer service is worse than other banks and their app is not the most intuitive to use.
