I don't use it much. When I have to, it does what it supposed to do. The card is just ok.
I haven't had any issues or problems at all with this card. Caching in bonus points can be a bit difficult due to limited choices
I used Desjardins credit card to purchase items at Staples (6 months, 0 percent). Customer service at the call centre is terrible, monthly statements are confusing, and no one in the Desjardins company seems to be able to tell me anything about my account with certainty. Last time I use this card/company.
