THEY ARE THE WORSE. Every day since I applied they ask me for a document in an email. When I call to clarify no one knows anything OR you get an attitude. Why would anyone want to give business to a company that can't help or wants to help its customers? When dealing with money that is DEFINITELY something you don't want to have to deal with.
NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OF SIGNING UP OR GIVING THEM THE BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING
Aside from the fact you can’t use tap with this card, or do any online banking. Their customer service is terrible. Will not listen - at all, despite multiple requests to do so “ please listen to me” and they talk right over you. They said “ you have to call home trust customer service “ I said “Please give me the number” about six times before actually getting the number even though I had called home trust visa customer service. Unbelievable. Not worth it! Get a prepaid visa instead. (By the way , we had a credit on our account and it was not due to maxed out cc). Stay away!

Home Trust Visa conveniently “forgets” to send email reminders that your payment is due.
Since customers are not getting the reminder, they forget to check the statement, especially if you have many credit cards, and miss the payment date, resulting in hefty interest charges. This happened twice to me already. The second time was after Christmas, when everyone spends a ton of money on gifts. When I called customer support, they told me that they are aware that the reminders went out late, but the statement was available and they will not reverse interest charges. Is this even legal?
Shame on you Home Trust Visa. I’m cancelling your card, because the 3% you don’t charge in transaction fees for foreign currency, you make up (and more) in interest, a few times a year.
Mr CEO, enjoy your next vacation, it’s on me. You are welcome.
