Not a good mortgage rate, I wish it would have been lower...
Good mortgage rate and easy to renew my mortgage application. I can easily see my mortgage in online banking and the total interest paid for the mortgage.

High anxiety time professional anxiety lessened by their knowledge. All questions answered in laymans terms. Mortgage rate is satisfactory. No issues as of yet
It's fine but I think probably no different than other lenders. Comparable with RBC and BMO. We stay out of habit.
