So far so good nothing to note about. This is our second mortgage with RBC they helped a lot with the process from selling the old house/getting the new one.
long-term relationship with RBC and a number of holdings are with RBC; mortgage rate was competitive and approval was very quick
great customer service but had to ask for certain information that I thought should have automatically been provided. all worked out though

Attempt to give a decent rate and service is ok for the rbc but this is impossible to do with such surveys that are agonizing.
I have to say that this is one of the banks that caters to different nationalities within each segment of Greater Toronto Area. Each branch hires Financial Planners/Mortgage Advisors/Tellers that speak the common languages spoken within the community to cater to their clients needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and capable of providing products that are useful for your Financial/Investment/Mortgage needs. I strongly encourage the use of this bank!
