My banking is with President's Choice Financial so it made sense to me to have my mortgage through them as well. All of my account information is accessible in the same place I can view my mortgage when I use online banking. They agents have been helpful any time I have contacted them with questions.
Application was simple and we received a quick result. Rate was fine compared to big banks but not the lowest on market. A simple phone call to make prepayment.

It was a while ago. Nothing terrible sticks out though. Good customer service, good rates.
It was my bank at the time and was offering the best interest rate and had no extra fees attached.
