Mortgage rate is great and there are some options available like lump sum payment or rainy day mortgage waive once.
They are helpful also flexible. Also they provided a really good rate in the market. You don't need an appointment can be dealt over the phone and email.

I've used PC Mortgages for at least 4 properties. I've been able to port and blend without difficulties when moving. Their rates are low but not the lowest. No issues with extra payments. I can see my mortgage with online banking. I've never had one setup incorrectly.
Very easy did not have to head into a bank. It was very quick and got a lot of points.
Simple process, I did over the phone... Overall happy with their service...
