The so called insurance on this card is useless as having Cancer.

I try for almost 4 months now to get an answer if I would be eligible for payments made by the insurance Due to injuries at work. My Man what a headache it is, We sent their application form 5 times now I believe and I get the same standardized letter automated back that they would need additional information.
You have to call there, this is what I did, The first time I was told we don`t have anything from you, then all of a sudden the lady reads from the application form my doctor filled out, so I say oh you got my things, and she was like am um no, ah um yes.
Really unprofessional.
Now a month later I call again and you really have to pull all the info bit by bit out of their nose.
So finally I get somewhere, that was two days ago now 4 months in for a determination of eligibility for payments on the card for work injuries.
So now I get tolled we have everything so far and they look at it.
Today I get a call they need more info, well yesterday they had all info today they don`t.
So the lady then goes and asks what do you do with this claim do you want to close it?
I say you do whatever you want with it.
Insurance on these cards is a money maker and fraud and rip-off this is what they are because we are still talking here about Eligibility, not about payments made by the insurance.
They take gladly 280 to 300 bucks a month on your card as insurance from you but if it comes to it they will not even look at your claim if you are not after them to do their goddam job.
Now with Cancer, there are for me more important things to do than dealing with these useless insurance people.
And when you`re dead you're not in dept.
I can at least say I tried and the bank really helped me out here on this one to buy time to deal with their useless insurance.
Now it is out of my hands Bank and insurance.
I also Have to say There was no information given to us that there would be insurance on this card, which was sent in January 2022, Years after having the card, My guess is the bank got Itchy about the money I owe on this card and then figured they sent me that info so the bank gets at least some money.

Fraudulent Transaction Resolution

by Shaw on Dec 31, 2023
1 out of 5 stars

My wife's card had a few fraudulent transactions and she raised the issue immediately, after the card was canceled my wife called several times for the resolution and their response was very different each time. The first time they told it would take 45 days to resolve then they said afterward, it would take 3 months. Besides the customer service was very rude, I wonder how they recruit their customer service agents most are an arrogant and worthless bunch of people. If you ask something they will give you a scripted answer and no decency to speak politely with clients as if we are to blame for any issues and trying to judge. I had faced similar issues with a card from a proper bank and within 15 days they resolved the issue and have been very supportive never trying to imply anything or judge us. I would suggest you would be better off without this card and save a lot of headaches if you face any issues.

Good card but just pray you never have to phone them. I swear none of them have over a grade 5 education. One representative will tell you something, and the next will tell you something completely different. Get some training and it might be an alright card.
