Waiting on hold for customer service for over an hour is one thing. But then they got horrible elevator music playing as loud as possible, won’t do callbacks, and had a lady saying “Our representatives are busy, continue to hop” an unnecessary once every 30 seconds. With over an hour of waiting I’m ready to blow my brains out. Super annoying to deal with overall.
Something goes wrong and you try to call customer service you wait for an hour to try and get a hold of someone and it hangs up on you and you call again 10 more times it does the same thing and if you eventually do get ahold of someone they are so disrespectful and sound like they don't know what they are doing. I work in banking I know how things work and they talk to you like you are an idiot. So what was the point of me calling? The website or app never let you log in either and when you call about that they say oh it's probably your browser and I was like now I literally tried at home at work at a coffee shop that has computers there and no system I tried work so tell me it's just my browser again. Or you could actually look into it high is your job.

What else will you get:
This card will randomly and very frequently lock up your money at the perfect times to screw you over the best. Then when you call to support you sit on the phone for an hour for them to say "I think it is trying to catch up to transactions if it still does not work tomorrow call back" and it never would and would have to be reset. This card is full of glitches and useless support staff I had to call in 7 times in the first week. Pick another option.

Customer Service reps can hang up the phone on you if they can't or don't want to answer your question.
For example, I spoke to transaction disputes department and asked a question when and how I can see online that the disputed transaction is posted on my account (moved from Pending status to Posted). The rep kept repeating that it takes 3-5 business days for a transaction to post on the account and that I should call them back to check.
She ignored my question on how I can see that online myself without the need to spend time and call them.
Phone calls usually involve being transferred and put on hold multiple times resulting in a significant wasted time for the client. Sometimes the phone call just disconnects while you are being put on hold, and you have to start over...
Very frustrating!
